Join as an individual or create a syndicate but you must be 18 years of age and older to enter Bears Lotto. The cost is $10 per week, this will be deducted from your nominated account each fortnight or pay up front in full.

• Commit to playing for full 12 months – Payment upfront ($520) or via direct debit ($10 per week for 52 weeks)

• Single draw a week for 52 weeks at the Club function room or at a Sponsors site

• Numbers drawn via barrel and posted to the Clubs Website & Facebook page

• Winners to be paid by bank transfer

• Winners will be contacted by email or phone if not in attendance at the draw.

• For those paying fortnightly, payment will be deferred until the week leading up to the first draw. A minimum of 50 entries required for draws to commence. Should the minimum not be reached a full refund will be provided for any payments made in advance • Additional entries will be accepted once the draws have started until all 100 numbers are allocated.

• Preferred number/s are not guaranteed, preference given to existing participants

• Additional supplementary prizes may be added from time to time for BHFC sponsor promotions

• The BHFC committee reserve the right to adjust the terms & conditions of entry at any time.
